We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears.
Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.
Hold wig or topper under cool running water. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling
Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear
Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry
Gently detangle hair using a conditioning spray specifically formulated for synthetic hair on the ends and a wide tooth comb. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.
Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.
To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.
Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.
Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.
We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

"This is the prettiest hair. I love a good basic cap style for ease of wear and this is adorable. It has quite a bit of permatease but i didn't find it to be overwhelming. The cap fits average. Mine is in the color Almond Cream."

"I love the style of this wiq. It is long enough to be feminine but doesn't look like a mullet. It has enough lift (permatease) so that it doesn't lay flat like hat-head. And the flips on the sides give it a little spunk but not so much that it looks wiggy. I was beyond disappointed that it was described as silver gray but the wig I received was white. I never would have ordered white. Sooooooo I took alcohol markers (gray, black, brown, tan, etc) and modified the color. I have gotten lots of compliments on it - including yesterday at Lowe's - a woman in her late 20's told me she loved my hair! This is my first TressAllure wig and I love the style."
