HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship out daily, but we do not receive tracking from the manufacturers until later in the day, and in some cases, the next day.
Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed and we are unable to make any changes to it, unless the item ordered is not available for immediate shipping. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes / cancel an order.
If you need to initiate a return, please complete the Request for a Return Authorization Form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, unless an item is being returned due to a defect.
We do our best to accommodate our clients in every aspect, and we will work with you to the best of our ability to make needed changes to your order if possible; however, in most cases, once your order has been received, we are unable to accommodate a change to the order.
