Once your order has been placed on our website, and you receive an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship within 2 to 5 business from the receipt of your order.

Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed and we are unable to make any changes unless the item ordered is out of stock. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes /cancel an order. 

If you need to initiate a return, please complete the Request for a Return Authorization Form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, unless an item is being returned due to a defect.

*** Please Note: In many cases, back orders become available for shipping prior to the original estimated shipping date. If your back order is available for shipping, we will be unable to make changes to or cancel your order. If this occurs, you are still able to request a return for your order once it is delivered to you. To request a return, please complete our Request A Return Form.
