Order Cancellation Policy
ORDER CANCELLATIONS | Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Even if you have not received tracking information, your order is in the processing stages, and we are unable to make any changes unless the item ordered is out of stock. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes to or cancel an order.
If an item ordered is out of stock, and the manufacturer has confirmed this information, you will receive a notification within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. Once this information is provided, we are happy to cancel and refund your order or change your order to another style or color at your request.
In many cases, backorders become available for shipping prior to the original estimated shipping date. If your backorder is available for shipping, we will be unable to make changes to or cancel your order. If this occurs, you are still able to request a return for your order once it is delivered to you.
We are unable to make any changes or cancelations to any international order once your order has been completed at checkout. This includes any pre-orders/backorders. If you have any questions, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES | Most orders shipping within the continental USA ship within 2 to 5 business days. All other orders can take up to 10 business days to process prior to shipping.
We are always happy to check inventory or provide an estimated shipping date for an item prior to placing your order.
