Order Cancelation Policy
ORDER CANCELATIONS | Please accept our sincere apologies, but once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We process orders quickly upon receipt and our manufacturers do not allow changes to be made once the order is received, so although you may not have received a tracking number for shipping, we are unable to change or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
However, if the order has been processed but the product is unavailable for immediate shipping (items on preorder or backorder), we can absolutely accommodate changes to any backordered item(s). If you opt for a cancelation on a backordered item, please note that it will be refunded to the form of payment used on the applicable order. This means that if you used a store credit to purchase the order, the credit will be provided back to the store credit. We are unable to refund a different form of payment other than the one used to purchase the applicable order.

NOTIFICATIONS | If you have ordered a preordered product or an item that is on backorder, a notification will be sent to the email on file within 2 to 5 business days of your order being placed providing you an estimated shipping date.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES | Most orders shipping within the continental USA ship within 2 to 5 business days. All other orders can take up to 10 business days to process prior to shipping.
We are always happy to check inventory or provide an estimated shipping date for an item prior to placing your order. You can request this information via email at support@wigstudio1.com, using our live chat feature during normal business hours, or requesting this information via our message system at 877-594-3001.
