ORDER CANCELATIONS | Please accept our sincere apologies, but once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We process orders quickly upon receipt and our manufacturers do not allow changes to be made once the order is received, so although you may not have received a tracking number for shipping, we are unable to change or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

However, if the order has been processed but the product is unavailable for immediate shipping (items on preorder or backorder), we can absolutely accommodate changes to any backordered item(s).

NOTIFICATIONS | If you have ordered a preordered product or an item that is on backorder, a notification will be sent to the email on file within 2 to 5 business days of your order being placed providing you an estimated shipping date. Our website provides updated inventory information to reflect products that are available for immediate shipping and those that may be delayed.

We are unable to make any changes or cancelations to any international order once the order has been completed at checkout. This includes any pre-orders/backorders. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@wigstudio1.com before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES | Most orders shipping within the continental USA ship within 2 to 5 business days. All other orders can take up to 10 business days to process prior to shipping.
