Order Cancellations
Once your order has been placed on our website and you receive an order confirmation, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship within 2 to 5 business from the receipt of your order. Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed and we are unable to make any changes unless the item ordered is out of stock. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes /cancel an order.
If your item is out of stock, and the manufacturer has confirmed this information, you will receive a notification within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. Once this information is provided, we are always happy to cancel and refund your order or change your order to another style or color at your request. Please view our complete Backorder Policy.
*** Please Note: In many cases, backorders become available for shipping prior to the original estimated shipping date. If your backorder is available for shipping, we will be unable to make changes to or cancel your order. If this occurs, you are still able to request a return for your order once it is delivered to you. Please complete our Request for a Return Authorization Form to request a return.
