Order Cancellations



At Wig Studio 1, we are known for our expeditious processing and shipping of orders. So, in some cases, once an order is placed, it may already be processed and ready for shipping, even if you have not received a tracking number for shipping yet.

To cancel an order, please email us at support@wigstudio1.com. If you cancel your order after your order has shipped (even if tracking has not been received), you will need to go through the return process and complete a Return Authorization Request. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. 


Usually, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. The reason for this is that we process incoming orders very quickly. Once an order has been processed for shipping, even if you have not received a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes. 

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at support@wigstudio1.com to confirm if your order has been processed. If the order has not been processed, we can accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your order. Or if the order has been processed but is not available for immediate shipping (items on back order), we can accommodate additional changes.

We do our best to accommodate our clients in every aspect, and we will work with you to the best of our ability to make needed changes to your order if possible; however, generally speaking, if an order has been processed, we are not able to accommodate a change to the order.
