shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible item(s) in your order for a store credit to use towards a future order or a refund to your original form of payment.
If you decide not to buy "TRY RISK FREE" coverage you can still return your eligible items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label offered to you at a discounted rate.

Do I have to purchase "TRY RISK FREE" coverage every single time I order? Yes. If you would like the option to receive a free return label, please add this option to each order.
What happens if I accidentally purchase the "TRY RISK FREE" coverage? If you accidentally purchase this option for coverage and wish to have it refunded, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of purchase, and we will assist you with the process. As long as your item has not been fulfilled, we can remove the coverage and refund the coverage fee.
What happens if I forgot to add coverage at checkout: Please reach out to Support@wigstudio1.com for assistance. We can add the coverage, if payment is complete before the order has been fulfilled.
What happens if I don’t purchase "TRY RISK FREE" coverage? If you don’t purchase the TRY-ON coverage, you are still able to return eligible items according to our return policy. The only difference is you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping label fee. For more detailed information, please refer to our return policy.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply visit our returns portal link to begin and follow the steps. You’ll need your order number and email address. After completing your return request you will be emailed a return label to use to send your items back.
Purchasing Coverage Later: Unfortunately, TRY RISK FREE coverage must be purchased at the time of your checkout and cannot be added later.
Return Limitations: At Wig Studio 1, our goal is to provide exceptional service and an easy, confidence-building try risk free experience. To help us continue offering this level of care, orders with excessive returns (five or more items from a single order) MAY be subject to up to a 10% return processing fee for each item returned.

To protect the integrity of our policies and ensure product availability for everyone, Wig Studio 1 reserves the right to limit the number of items a customer may return at any given time if return privileges are being misused.
