Order Cancelations & Modifications

Mistakes happen — we get it! If you need to cancel or update your order, we’re here to help. Just follow the policy below to request changes before we process your order. If your order has already been processed, our easy returns process is your next best step.

Please note that orders are processed quickly, and our manufacturers do not allow changes once they’ve received the order — even if a tracking number hasn't been issued yet.

However, if the item on your order is unavailable for immediate shipping, we can cancel or make necessary changes to the order.

How to Cancel or Change Your Order

To request a cancellation or update:

  1. Contact us immediately via email at support@wigstudio1.com or call 1-877-594-3001.

  2. Include your order number, name, and requested changes.

  3. If the order is still pending, we’ll confirm the cancelation (or change) with you ASAP.

  4. If it’s already been processed, please start the return process — we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Preorder & Backorder Cancelations

If your item is on preorder or backorder, you may request changes or cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Store Credit: If store credit was used for payment, your refund will be returned as store credit.

  • Original Payment Only: Refunds cannot be processed to a different card or payment method.
