When Will My Order Ship?

At Wig Studio 1, our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most products ship directly from our manufacturers.

USA Orders | Processing times can vary from 2 - 5 business days for orders shipping within the Continental US. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, please allow 5 - 10 business days.

Processing times for BelleTress may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience. If you need your product swiftly, please select expedited shipping at checkout. 

International Orders | Processing times can vary from 5 - 10 business days for all international orders. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.   We are unable to make any changes or cancelations to any international order once your order has been completed at checkout.  This includes any pre-orders/backorders. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@wigstudio1.com before placing your order.
