INTERNATIONAL RETURNS | All sales are final for any item(s) shipped outside the United States.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders.
  • If you utilized a third-party forwarder from within the United States, please visit our USA Return Portal to request a return label.   A return label can only be provided and shipped from an address within the United States. Wig Studio 1 is not responsible for any shipping fees, duties or taxes if the item was originally shipped to a third-party freight forwarder. When submitting a request for returns with a third-party address, the client is responsible for returning the item to the third-party freight forwarder for shipping back to Wig Studio 1.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS | In rare cases, you may receive a product that you feel is defective. Please email images and any concerns to support@wigstudio1.com.
