Care Instructions

We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears.

 CLEANSING & CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

  • Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.

  • Hold wig or topper under cool running water. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling

  • Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

  • Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry 

  • Gently detangle hair using a conditioning spray specifically formulated for synthetic hair on the ends and a wide tooth comb. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.

DRYING & STYLING YOUR WIG

  • Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.

  • To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.

  • Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.

TIPS

  • Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.

  • We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

"I have found my ""Perfect"" wig!!! ALL of my family, friends, strangers and myself are blown away by THIS wig!!! And I have the most picky sister who has said about all my wigs ""that looks like a wig"". She absolutely loves this wig . It's not only the style but everyone says the DARK GREY color is beautiful and so natural looking. Luxurious style

"The fiber density is moderate so the style moves naturally. Style can be worn loose and with simple finger combing the front will sweep back out of the face or it can be fashioned into a full or half pony or updo, extremely versatile. My complexion is more cool to neutral so I took a chance with the 32/31 Medium Red Auburn blend, however, the rich dimension helps as does a warmer shade for my brows and eyeliner. At least I feel it does, everyone needs a little fantasy once in a while"

PICTURE PERFECT IS ALMOST PERFECT

"What I love about this wig is that it's density is at least moderate, as opposed to being low. I LOVE that it fits my large head comfortably, and that it has a nicely done lace front. What I'm not crazy about is that the top of the wig lacks permatease and enough hair to get some good lift out of it. I wish it would have been made with a mono side part rather than the full mono top. This piece is a little long for me, and TressAllure does not have a color pallet that I find very appealing."

"I want to love this piece, but as soon as I move it's in my face, getting tangles (so many tangles). To me it feels heavy. I've cinched it and I use It Sticks for the lace front, but it still slips off my head. I'm just not in love like I was hoping I'd be."
