Synthetic Hair Care
We Recommend Washing Your Alternative Hair Every 6-8 Wears
CLEANSE & CONDITION
- Before washing your wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your Wide Tooth Comb
- Wet hair completely using cool running water, allowing the water to flow in the direction of the fibers
- Do not submerge or soak your wig or topper
- Gently lather the hair with a small amount of shampoo specifically formulated for synthetic hair, making sure the hair is traveling in the same direction
- DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling
- Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until water runs clear
- Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry
- Spray fibers with a conditioning spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece
- Please follow instructions for use depending on products used
- Gently detangle hair using your Wide Tooth Comb
DRY & STYLE
- Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand
- DO NOT blow dry synthetic hair
- For mid-length to long length styles, apply a detangling spray, (3-5 pumps) focusing on bottom half of wig or hairpiece.
- Gently comb through using your Wide Tooth Comb
- We recommend using your fingertips or wig comb for your desired style
- Consider additional products to add texture and definition, using a small amount and applying using your fingertips
- Do NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)
TIPS
- Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e., open oven, heater, etc.)
- Excessive heat can damage the fiber
- We recommend using a detangling spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle your piece after each wear

"I ordered this wig, Jules, in 10/613 because of Taz's website and her modeling what looked like just what I wanted. I am a veteran wig wearer for years, and usually Taz's reviews are right on. When I received this wig, not only was the color not at all as pictured and as described by her (platinum/white with some ash tones), it was not at all white, not at all as short as pictured, but it does have a great lace hairline. Despite my inquiries about the color, and sending pics to WigStudio1 showing that it looked nothing like the picture, I was assured it was the correct color and I could return it if I wanted. I didn't return it and have worn it quite a bit, but I am still stumped as to why the color is not white like Taz described it and she is always right on when describing color and style. This wig was very disappointing and I'm still looking for the reason the color is so ""off""!!"

"I was looking to receive a wig that looked like the one Taz wore on her website of the same make, style and color, but the one I received was not at all the same. I don't know why this Jules wig in 10/613 is so different! The style is not short and curly or the same color (hers is platinum and the one I received is light ash blonde - no white at all. I asked about changing it out for maybe another of the same style and color but I was told I would have to pay the non-sale price and not swap a new wig for the one I have. So I'm wearing it but it's not at all what I wanted! The hairline is great however! And it's not that it's not a pretty color, it's just not the white platinum Taz says is 10/613."

Nice new shade 8/27/26GR
"I always wear rooted colors and I'm glad I found this strawberry brunette shade. It's warm but not like a ginger. The wig fits me perfectly (22. 5"" circumference). And Henry Margu wig caps are of a high quality. I will buy this brand again because I'm picky about having a good lace front. Still looks great after 2 months of daily wearing and weekly washing. Jules doesn't have a mono part and that is the only downside to this wig."
