We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears.
Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.
Hold wig or topper under cool running water. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling
Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear
Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry
Gently detangle hair using a conditioning spray specifically formulated for synthetic hair on the ends and a wide tooth comb. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.
Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.
To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.
Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.
Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.
We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

"I'm new to the wig world. California Beachwaves was my first purchase. I had it for 4 weeks, getting the nerve up. I took a leap of faith and dove in this week. I wore her to a funeral where all these people were there that I have not seen in years. I was more worried about my hair loss than wearing a wig. It went beautifully! I received compliments and it felt great feeling pretty and younger, not worried about my hairline making me look older than I am. The color was a little lighter than I typically would wear, but since it's almost June, having light blonde was suitable for the season. The fit was amazing even with my bio hair all shoved under it. I did not have to use any adhesive, I used a wig band and tightened the adjusters and she fit like a glove. I did insert a couple of bobby pins since we were at the burial site and it was a little breezy. All went well and I found such confidence! Don't wait, just dive in and feel much better if you are dealing with hair loss. The feeling is amazing once you bite the bullet!"
"I love Tress Allure fibers and fit. I usually have issues with lace fronts gapping at my forehead but the lace front melts into my skin perfectly. The knots are really well done even on the 8r color I got. Very pretty waves. The only complaint I have are the bangs are a bit annoying so be sure that you are prepared to either style them away from your face or get them trimmed."
