Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your piece. If an order for a new piece (accessories are not included) is created before your return has been processed, your restocking fee will be waived, or if you opt for a store credit, your restocking fee will be waived.
All returned products must be eligible for exchange.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your return, unless specified otherwise.
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products!
A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria:
A restocking fee of $25.00 will apply to each item returned. If you choose a store credit, or make a new purchase prior to your return being processed, the restocking fee will be waived.
Once any applicable restocking fees are applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the original form of payment.
We will process your refund within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date we receive your item back. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect this credit / refund on your statement.
Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange:
If your product is received by our warehouse and determined ineligible for exchange or return, we will complete the following steps:
HOW TO RETURN
Repackage your item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must have tags intact and have not been worn, brushed, shaken out or damaged in any way. Items must also have no odors.
Complete a Return Authorization Request to notify us of your decision to return your item within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.
Our Returns Department will email you instructions for your return, along with a pre-paid return label for you to send your item(s) back.
***Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.***
At Wig Studio 1, we are known for our expeditious processing and shipping of orders. So, in most cases, once an order is placed, it may already be processed and ready for shipping, even if you have not received a tracking number for shipping yet.
To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com. If you cancel your order after your order has shipped (even if tracking has not been received), you will need to go through the return process and complete a Return Authorization Request. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and complete a Return Authorization Request immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items.
Please provide images of the damage or defect, so that we may forward to the manufacturer. You may upload images of the defect when completing the Return Authorization Request Form.
