EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Up to 3 Exchanges every 6 month period - Product must be eligible for exchange - See below)

We will waive all return fees associated with an eligible exchange.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise.
Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products!

A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria: 

  1. Packaging and product are not altered in any way.
  2. Hair must not be shaken out or brushed.
  3. Product has not been worn (except for trying on).
  4. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange).
  5. Tags and original packaging are intact.
  6. Item and / or packaging is not damaged in any way.
  7. Request for Return or Exchange is made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.


We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

In order to return these products to the manufacturer, the following restocking fees apply:

  • $10.00 Flat Rate Return Handling Fee per item will be applied to all returns on items priced at $150.00 and below
  • $20.00 Flat Rate Return Handling Fee per item will be applied to all returns on items priced over $150.00.

Once the return handling fee and any applicable restocking fees are applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

We will process your refund within 10 business days from receiving your return at the warehouse level. Please keep in mind, your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Discontinued items
  • Care Products
  • Accessories


If your product is received by our warehouse and determined ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  1. • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  2. • Donating the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). 


Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Repackage your item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must have tags intact and have not been worn, brushed, shaken out or damaged in any way.

Email returns@wigstudio1.com, stating your request for return or exchange within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. 

We will process an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide it to you within 2-3 business days. 

Please be sure to write your RMA # in LARGE AND BOLD PRINT AND IN CLEAR VIEW ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX. If it is not visible, it will not be accepted by our warehouse.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order after your order has shipped, a restocking fee in the amount of $20.00 per item will apply.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 

Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from our warehouse to you, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and email us at customerservice@wigstudio1.com immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and re-shipment of your items.
