"I was very excited to get this wig because the new colors are so beautiful, and this particular style looks very becoming on the models. I also own quite a lot of Ellen Wille wigs, because, for me, the fit is just right. I opened the box, and Boom! Gigantic amounts of permatease were staring at me! Yuck! I could have just cried! One of the things that I live about my Ellen Wille wigs is that if they use permatease, it is very little, and not noticeable. I just can’t imagine going out in public, and knowing that the line of permatease is so obvious down the part. The rest of the wig is very pretty, and lightweight. But for me the permatease is a deal breaker. One other thing that I will mention, and it may be because of the current pandemic crisis: The wig iarrived in a very messy state. There is no net, or tissue for support. I realize thathe style is messy, and beachy- however, I have not had the experience of receiving a wig that appears as if it were just popped into a box, with no care given. That would not have bothered me enough to return it though."
"I purchased this wig in Rose blonde first and I loved it. It looks very natural on. The front lace that goes ear to ear makes it easy to pull off the face. I am able to wear it in a high ponytail with a little adjustment which I love for work. They are light and breathable which makes it easy to wear in the heat. I actually forget I'm wearing a wig! In fact, I loved it so much that I bought a second one in Rosewood. I did have a little problem with my second order. The wig felt heavy and greasy like someone had put product in it. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new one and the return department sent an email at the same time with a shipping label. As soon as the new one came in I knew there must have been a flaw with the second one I purchased because the replacement was perfect just like the first. Customer service is fantastic. I will definitely continue to purchase from here. The Rosewood looks very real as well. I get so many compliments on both when I wear them. Plus I feel so confident wearing it. I have hormonal hair loss and these two wigs make me feel great. I found a review for these on youtube by twigs. Thank you for bring my confidence back and making me feel beautiful again."
"Out of the box, the fibers didn’t feel that impressive. I have cheap wigs that seem nicer and I have other Ellen Wille wigs that feel better but I liked the “messy” full and lifted look. After wearing it twice, each time for about two hours, it tangled badly. I was wearing a tank top so it shouldn’t have caused too much friction. I have other heat friendly wigs that are no problem but this one was difficult to comb. After the second wear, I spent more than an hour carefully trying to get little tangles out using tangle spray. I could see the curls disappearing. Afterwards she was just a wavy style. Having used so much tangle spray I decided she needed to be washed. I hoped that would bring the curls back but nope, now she’s just an odd wavy “bad hair day” style that doesn’t really look good. I tried to be careful combing her but it seems the permatease isn’t really going to do its thing anymore. The big messy look was what I thought was really cute but that is definitely gone. I’ve never curled any of my wigs but it looks like this one will need it but I don’t know how to get the lift back. I remember one of the videos mentioned she tangled easily but I never expected this. I huge disappointment for a wig at this price point."

"I like this wig but I'm a little on the fence about it also. The color is very vibrant and I was expecting that, somewhat, but in person it was much more so. Some people love it some people say it's wrong color for me my. The cap fits well for an average/large head size The fibers are your typical HD fibers that tangle a little bit more than regular fibers. I wish they offered more standard colors in this rather than the high-fashion colors that they do. The style is adorable."
