"Lovely style, sent in shockingly poor condition! I gave it 3 stars because the style is super but wow, I was shocked, disappointed, and scared away from purchasing another Ellen Wille wig. Maybe it was just an aberration but it’s hard to swallow that diminished refund when through no fault of your own, the wig must be returned. I don’t blame Wig Studio 1, the best company to order from and from which to get advice and excellent customer service, but Im not willing to go through this again. No other brand I’ve ordered has given me this problem."

"I ordered this piece in the two lightest blonde shades. I loved both shades but didn’t care for the erratic curls or style. The fibers felt different than my other Ellen Wille styles, and very shiny (more so than other EW pieces)"

"I am thrilled with my first Onda from Ellen Willie 💕 I have four Girl Mono wigs that have been my very favorite for the past few years. NOW Onda in Bahama Beige has been added to that list and may likely be even better due to the density being slightly less and the length being slightly longer. I am waiting to wear and compare before making a decision. Both styles are so similar and equally beautiful and so comfortable! Again I am so grateful that both styles will be My all time go to wigs by far!!! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and experience I had in purchasing my last two wigs from Wig Studio this past month. Ana helped me both times and was so gracious patient and knowledgeable in helping me on the phone call to make a perfect decision!!
