Submitting a Return Request

Go to our USA Return Center within 45 days of receiving your item

Enter your 6-digit order number and shipping zip code

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Choose a return reason
-
Select your refund option (store credit or original payment)

Acknowledge and agree to return policy terms

Submit your return
You’ll receive an email with your return instructions and label (check spam if needed). Be sure to include your packing slip in the return box.
Acceptable Returns
To be accepted for return, the product must meet the following:

Lace front must be undamaged (no fraying, tearing, etc.)

Hair must be unaltered — no brushing, styling, or shaking out
-
Item must be unworn (other than trying it on)

Must be odor-free and product-free

Cap must be clean — no makeup, oil, or residue

Tags must be attached

Return must include all original packaging and materials, including:

Wig box
-
Hair net
-
Tissue paper & packaging materials
-
Return Packaging – Do’s & Don’ts
Do:
✔ Use a cardboard shipping box
✔ Include wig box, tags, net, tissue paper, and all original packaging
✔ Keep tags attached
✔ Include packing slip
Don’t:
✘ Use bubble mailers or padded envelopes
✘ Return items without original packaging
✘ Send unauthorized returns
Any return not requested through our portal or support team, or sent directly to the manufacturer without an RMA #, will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Always contact support@wigstudio1.com before returning.
