Well, first of all, I was just amazed at how fast the shipping was. I think I received my wig within a week of purchase. Sadly, it was not the right to look for me, but the return process was also amazingly quick. The funds are back in my bank within a few days of sending it back. This is not the first time I ordered Ignite. Shortly after it was introduced, I purchased it, but wasn't happy with how it looked on me, so it was returned. In the interim, I have worn numerous styles and brands due to being a constant wig wearer. Always in search of new styles and colors, and happy that Wig Studio 1 now allows returns without penalty for a small fee, I ordered Ignite once again in Jon Renau's new color, Catalina Blonde. I am in love! The color is absolutely beautiful, and Ignite is now perfect for me. This is my first heat-friendly wig, and with a few waves and curls, this gal is ready for a night on the town. Thank you, Wig Studio 1, for being the best of the best, and Jon Renau for offering Ignite in a new color that cannot be ignored!

The wig was beautiful but just not a fit for me. Wig studio 1 is very helpful.
This tool is amazing, I have no less than 9 toppers that look horrible. The ends are so frizzy but just didn’t have it in me to toss them. I just kept buying new ones, but within a month or two they were frizzy too. So thought I try this tool I saw on instagram and surprisingly it did wonders for all my old toppers. Would recommend this.
