We recommend washing your PUSH human hair wig every 8–10 wears, or as needed depending on your lifestyle, styling products, and natural oil buildup.
Always use a shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for human hair wigs. The right products can help cleanse and condition the hair without unnecessarily stripping or drying the processed human hair.
For best results, avoid washing your wig more frequently than necessary.
Place your wig under cool running water, positioning the hair so the water flows in the same direction as the strands.
Allow the water to run from the cap toward the ends until the wig is thoroughly wet.
Do not soak your hand-tied PUSH wig. Submerging or soaking a hand-tied wig can place unnecessary stress on the knots and delicate cap construction.
Apply a small amount of paraben-free shampoo formulated for human hair wigs.
Begin at the ends of the hair and gently work your way upward toward the cap. Avoid aggressive rubbing, scrubbing, bunching, or twisting the hair, which can contribute to tangling.
Gently clean the interior of the wig cap, paying particular attention to the areas around the forehead, temples, and face where makeup, skincare products, perspiration, and natural oils can accumulate.
Rinse the shampoo completely from the wig using cool running water.
Continue positioning the wig so the water runs in the same direction as the hair fibers—from the cap toward the ends. Rinse until the water runs clear and all shampoo has been removed.
Apply your human hair wig conditioner primarily to the ends and mid-lengths, working gently upward.
Avoid applying conditioner directly to the hair where it is attached to the cap. Conditioner can loosen hand-tied knots over time and may affect the integrity of the wig's construction.
For this reason, we recommend keeping conditioner away from the cap, knots, lace front, and hair immediately below the nape attachment area.
Allow the conditioner to remain on the hair for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water, again keeping the water flowing in the direction of the strands.
Once your wig has been thoroughly rinsed, gently place it onto a soft, absorbent towel.
Carefully blot the hair to remove excess water.
Do not twist, wring, rub, or aggressively squeeze your human hair wig. These actions can cause tangling and place unnecessary tension on the hair and cap.
Place the wig on an appropriate wig stand and allow it to air dry overnight.

"This human hair piece is so beautiful. I love her long layers because they are great straight and curled. Her silk cap is VERY comfortable. I got the Belle Violette color which has a deep dark color with a hint of purple. The hair feels SO soft!"
"All I can say is great wig at a bargain price. If you are still on the fence don't wait, just buy it. I selected the Fleur blonde and the color is very nice. Not as dimensional as I would normally wear but still a lovely color. More cool and ashy but very pretty. It has a light density so it is comfortable to wear in hot weather. The cap fit seems a bit larger than my other Push human hair wig but still fits good. I did sew a comb into the nape just to help keep it in place since at this price point it does not have silicone at the nape. Lace lays flat. Nice length, long but not too long. No issues with tangling. I think this is a good purchase, especially if you are a beginner wig wearer or this is your first human hair piece. Highly recommend."
"Wig is well constructed and hair itself is nice however it has seriously gappy lace like someone stretched it out. No matter how tight I adjust it the hairline just don’t lay flat and it’s very obvious. The color is nothing like the picture I got the blonde and there’s no blonde mixed into the roots like the picture. I don’t glue wigs because of allergies so this wig was a complete waste of money. Now I know why it was a clearance item. If I could send it back I so would. Sounded and looked so good in the video. Horrible experience for my first purchase."
"I absolutely love Push Wigs! I bought my first Push wig in 2019. It was the softest, best fitting wig I have ever owned. I wore the two I purchased that year for three years before the caps gave out. I've tried other human hair wigs but I am so happy I made my way back to the Push brand. The caps are so comfortable and the hair is so soft. The color is beautiful and I love the fact that my stylist always raves about the quality of the hair. I know a lot of people worry about the care involved in human hair, but it really is easy to care for, I wash mine every two weeks and either blow it dry or use my flatiron to style. The hair is so soft and silky. You will love this wig!"
