Bad Quality
"When I unboxed this wig I thought it was adorable. The color was perfect, and the fibers soft. So I tried it on and the hair has no parting! It's just very few wefts in one direction only, with no lace top or and direction for the fibers! What's more, you can see wefts from the top of the wig, so if you don't have much bio hair you would see your scalp! Furthermore, training the fibers out of your face is a nightmare, they go straight down. It looks nothing like the style in the photo. By the time I figured out all the problems and realized I had purchased a piece of crap, it was too late to return. There is no part that you can see when you unbox it, but the customer service person said that since I had shaken it, I could not return it. I own 8 wigs, which I rotate on a regular basis, I have even bought a cheap Amazon wig, that was easier to work with than this wig. I recommend you stay away from Toni Brattin altogether . You definitely get what you pay for. I understand that the return policy is what it is, and buying wigs is tricky online. I have had to return several for various reasons: wrong color, too small for my big head, etc. and I only get a partial refund, so it costs money to even try a wig, but this one is just a piece of junk. I'm going to wear it to the gym with a headband, since I have bio hair that covers most of my scalp and my hair is a close match to this wig's fibers, to get some use out of it. Since it is so light weight with so few fibers, at least I won't sweat too much! LOL. But I thought I would do my fellow wig sisters a favor and warn you about this one. All my other wigs from this site have been great and the service has been good. I think Wig Studio 1 should reconsider carrying this line. Enticing is not as enticing as the photo, and the quality isn't even Amazon worthy, so save your money."
