Fibers don't handle friction well.
"The fibers tangle too easily. I can't do anything without this wig tangling and matting in a weird way. It's embarrassing to me and now I have to replace it after only 2 months of wear. I've tried conditioners in hopes of coating the fibers and reducing friction, but it doesn't last even a whole day. I have been impressed with the construction of the cap. Considering I have to brush the wig out many times throughout the day, I'm surprised that the crown hasn't thinned badly. Many wigs come already too thin in the crown, but not this one. The Chocolate Mix color is nice. Other wig brands use fibers (heat friendly and otherwise) that can be smoothed every day or two with a straightener on low heat. Frizziness is not the issue with this wig. It just can't handle friction."
