Racquel Sharp Promoted to Director of Client Relations
Hello All!
It is my honor and privilege to announce that Racquel Sharp has been promoted from Operations Manager to Director of Client Relations. Racquel began with Wig Studio 1 assisting with the accounting side of things four short years ago. She then moved into the role of Customer Service.
As the business grew, Racquel assembled and trained a team of professionals to serve our growing client base, as well as a team to ensure orders were processed and invoices were reviewed to ensure accuracy. It was then that she was promoted from Client Services Supervisor to Operations Manager.
In her new role as Director of Client Relations, Racquel will focus on ways to improve the client experience through service and technology, create a streamlined educational experience for new hires, as well as focus on employee performance improvements via education and support.
Racquel, your dedication to Wig Studio 1 has been phenomenal, and your willingness to evolve on a personal and professional level continues to amaze me. You recognize that you are designed to improve and grow every day that you give yourself the mission to do so. You are an outstanding employee and contributor to the hair loss community, as well as a beautiful, kind, and trusting dear friend. Thank you for all that you do every day, and congratulations on a well-deserved promotion.
