If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item(s).
All returned products MUST be eligible for return. Please see below for product eligibility.
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products!
A product eligible for return or exchange includes all products that meet the following criteria:
Packaging and product are not altered in any way. The item MUST be returned in a cardboard box.
Items received back in bubble mailers or packing paper may be returned to the sender unopened if the package is perceived as damaged upon arrival.
Hair must not be shaken out, brushed, or styled.
- Product has not been worn (except for trying on).
- Odor-Free - Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return or exchange. This includes cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, and any styling products.
- Tags and all original packaging must be intact.
- Item and/or packaging are not damaged in any way.
- Request for Return or Exchange is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Wig Studio 1, LLC does not sell refurbished or previously owned products.
We will process your refund within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date we receive your item back. If we are sending your item back to the manufacturer for an inspection, you will receive a refund as soon as the manufacturer processes the inspection request. This process can take up to 15 business days. Your bank may take up to 5 additional business days to reflect this credit/refund on your statement.
Products Ineligible for Return or Exchange:
- Clearance Items
- Discontinued items
- Care Products
- Accessories (including hats with hair, headwear, clip-in bangs, ponytails, styling products, hair care products, canvas blockheads, tape, adhesive, etc.)
- Styling products (hot air brushes and flat irons, etc.)
If your product is received back and determined ineligible for return, we will ship the item(s) back to you at our cost and include a copy of the Quality Control Report illustrating our findings.
HOW TO RETURN:
To request a return, please visit our Returns Center within 15 business days of receipt of your item. You will be issued one pre-paid return label per order. To return the item(s) in your order, please follow the instructions below:
1. Enter your order number from your WigStudio1 order confirmation email, along with your zip code from your shipping address.
2. Click "Start a return."
3. Hover over the item you wish to return.
4. Select the reason for return.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Complete Your Return Request.
6. A screen with your estimated refund will show next. Please provide feedback on your return in the "Additional Feedback" box and then select the "Confirm" button.
7. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. You can print your return label from the next screen by clicking the "Download Shipping Label" button. You will also receive an email with the return instructions and the return label. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this in your inbox.
For any returns shipping from outside the USA, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. All international customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping plus the $8.95 handling fee for each item returned in the box. Once your item(s) has been received and the return has been processed, we will provide a refund in full minus a $14.95 return shipping label fee + $8.95 handling fee for each item returned in the box.
If you choose to use your own shipping label or are shipping internationally, you will be refunded in full, minus the $8.95 handling fee for each item returned in the box and will not be charged for the return label.
The return shipping cost and any additional handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Wig Studio 1 is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
You will receive a refund to your original form of payment once your return has been received and processed (minus the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label and any return handling / processing fees).
If you use a gift card as a form of payment for your purchase, any returned funds will be refunded to a gift card. We are unable to provide a cash refund for the amount of a gift card.
If you would like to exchange for another item, please place a new order at www.wigstudio1.com and follow the instructions above to complete a return.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to it. Please note that orders ship out daily, but we do not receive tracking from the manufacturers until later in the day and, in some cases, the next day. Even if you have not received tracking, your order has been processed, and we are unable to make any changes to it unless the item ordered is not available for immediate shipping. In that case, the manufacturer will allow us to make changes/cancel an order.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENT POLICY:
Any shipments returned due to an undeliverable address or refusal upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Backorder shipment dates are subject to change. In some cases, items with a future shipment date become available quickly and are processed for shipping. If you've been notified that you have a backorder and that the order becomes available for shipping sooner than estimated, we are unable to cancel the order.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Should any order be damaged in shipping from the warehouse to you, or you feel an item has a manufacturer defect, please keep the package intact (box, merchandise, etc.) and complete a Return Authorization Request immediately so that we may coordinate an exchange and potential re-shipment of your item(s).
We cannot process a refund on an item, even if defective, if the item is not in eligible condition for return to the manufacturer for an inspection and credit. Please see the above requirements for an eligible return.
