INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return Packaging | All items must be sent back in a cardboard shipping box. Returns sent back in bubble mailers will not be accepted. Items must be packaged as received, with tags attached, the wig net properly placed on the cap, and the wig neatly secured in the wig box as originally packaged.

Return Product | Eligible For Return 
  • The lace front must remain free from fraying, tearing, or any damage.
  • Hair must not be shaken out, brushed, styled, or altered in any way. 
  • The item cannot be worn, except for trying it on. 
  • The item must be odor-free and product-free, and the cap must be in perfect condition (no make-up or oil transfer). 
  • Any returned items with an odor (cigarette smoke, perfume, body odor, etc.), styling product in the hair fibers (including water misting), or make-up on the cap will not be accepted for return.
  • Items must be packaged as received, with tags attached, the wig net properly placed on the cap, and the wig neatly secured in the wig box as originally packaged. 

Return Limitations |  At Wig Studio One, our goal is to provide exceptional service and an easy, confidence-building try-on experience. To help us continue offering this level of care, orders with excessive returns may be subject to a return processing fee. 

We strive to maintain a fair and flexible return experience for all customers. To protect the integrity of our policies and ensure product availability for everyone, Wig Studio 1 reserves the right to limit the number of items a customer may return at any given time if return privileges are being misused.

Accounts with consistently high return activity may be subject to review and potential return processing fees on future returns. Our intention is always to provide a positive shopping experience while keeping our policies consistent, transparent, and fair for the entire community. Customer will be notified via email prior to any new purchase(s) regarding any changes that may impact future returns. 

Human Hair Returns | Most human hair pieces returned to Wig Studio One are then sent back to the manufacturer. In some cases, a restocking fee is applied by the manufacturer.  As a result, human hair pieces returned to Wig Studio 1 may be subject to a return processing fee of up to $35.00. This fee, when applicable, will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.

Refunds | Wig Studio One (Wig Studio 1) does not charge any restocking fees. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Please be aware that the original form of payment for the current order being returned will be the same as what was used to purchase this order.

    Unauthorized Returns | An unauthorized return is a return that is not requested through our return portal or via our support team or is sent back to the manufacturer directly without an RMA #. All unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% return processing fee. Please email us at support@wigstudio1.com so that we can support and assist you with your returned item.

    In most cases, all returns and refunds are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of delivery. On rare occasions, the processing time may extend to a maximum of 15 business days upon receipt of return. If the processing time is anticipated to be extended, you will receive a notification within 3 business days from the delivery date of your return.

    Shipping costs for most international orders are non-refundable.  

    Gift Cards | If you use a gift card as a form of payment for your purchase, any returned funds will be refunded back to the gift card. We are unable to provide a cash refund for the amount of a gift card.

    Products Not Eligible for Return | Products ineligible for return are as follows:

    • Final Sale Items: Open Box, Discontinued Items, Hair Care Products, and Special Offer Items.
    • Accessories include hats with hair, headwear, clip-in bangs, ponytails, easiWraps, styling products, canvas blockheads, tape, adhesive, hot air brushes and flat irons, combs, etc.
    • Any product that does not meet the Eligible Return Criteria (see above).
    • All returns must be in resalable condition.
    • If your product is received back and determined ineligible for return, we will ship the product back to you and include a copy of the Quality Control Report illustrating our findings.

    Defective Products | If we are sending your item back to the manufacturer due to a potential defect and inspection, you will receive a refund as soon as the manufacturer processes the inspection request. Please allow up to 15 business days for an inspection to be completed. It may take up to 5 additional business days for your bank to reflect your refund on your statement.

    • If the product is deemed defective by the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund.
    • If the product is not deemed defective by the manufacturer, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. Shipping costs for most international orders are non-refundable.

    How To Return | To request a return, please visit our International Return Portal within 14 days of receipt of your item:

    • Enter your Order Number from your order confirmation email, phone and/or the Zip Code from your shipping address to begin your return.
    • Select the item you wish to return.
    • Submit your return.
