We recommend washing your wig every 8-10 wears.
Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.
Hold wig or topper under cool running water, allowing the water to run in the direction of the fibers. You may also fill a basin of luke-warm water for washing. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of Rene of Paris Shampoo or another shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling.
Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear.
Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry.
Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.
To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.
Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.
Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.
We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

And received just two days later on August 15th. This came straight from the manufacturer, No fault of Wig Studio 1, this unit was a total mess, box hair so bad, I've done everything to make her wearable, no avail, believe me I've worn wigs for many years and know all tricks for making them your own, just upset, can't wear her, and won't be returning, things like this happen, this was not any fault of Wig Studio 1, I just wished that the manufacturer would inspect there wigs before mailing out to customers, sorry so long, just a bummer, no wig, and out the money."
