At Wig Studio 1, we’re excited to give you the opportunity to reserve select new and upcoming wig styles before they become available for immediate shipment. Our flexible pre-order options make it easy to secure the style and color you want while choosing the payment option that works best for you.

Flexible Pre-Order Payment Options

When placing a wig pre-order with Wig Studio 1, you may choose to:

• Pay in full at the time your pre-order is placed, or

• Pay just 20% down to secure your pre-order, with the remaining balance charged when your order is fulfilled.

Choosing the 20% deposit option allows you to reserve your wig without paying the full purchase price upfront.

When Will I Be Charged the Remaining Balance?

If you choose to place your pre-order with a 20% deposit, the credit card used to place the original pre-order will be charged for the remaining balance when your order is fulfilled and preparing to ship.

Before the remaining balance is charged, you will receive a reminder notification letting you know that your pre-order will be shipping soon and that the credit card used for your pre-order will be charged for the outstanding balance upon fulfillment.

Please make sure your payment information remains current while your pre-order is pending to help prevent delays in processing and shipping your order.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

If your plans change or you no longer wish to receive the item, simply contact Wig Studio 1 for assistance with canceling your pre-order.

When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. Any estimated availability or shipping timeframe provided on the product page is an estimate and may be subject to change based on manufacturer availability, production schedules, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of Wig Studio 1’s control.

As soon as your pre-order is ready for fulfillment, we’ll notify you and begin preparing your order for shipment.
