Care Instructions

We recommend washing your wig every 8-10 wears.

 CLEANSING & CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

  • Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.

  • Hold wig or topper under cool running water, allowing the water to run in the direction of the fibers. You may also fill a basin of luke-warm water for washing. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of Rene of Paris Shampoo or another shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling.

  • Add Rene of Paris Conditioner or another conditioner that is specifically formulated for synthetic hair to the ends of the fibers. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.

  • Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear.

  • Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry.

DRYING & STYLING YOUR WIG

  • Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.

  • To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.

  • Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.

  • Consider using Revive by Rene of Paris to remove frizz and refresh curls.

TIPS

  • Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.

  • We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

Cute, but not enough permatease

"I was hoping the Sally wig would have more lift/permatease on the top. It's a cute style, though. Just not for me. It's a very easy wig to wear right out of the box. I did trim the sides a bit so more of my ears would show, but I didn't have to touch the bangs or any other part of this wig. The color I'm wearing is Ginger Brown. I doubt I'll order another Sally wig. I need to find something that has more fullness and permatease on the top."

Frosti Blonde. Darker than pictured.

"The color on the picture is much lighter than what I recieved,I ordered 2 different styles. Both were Frosti Blonde colors by same Noriko Wigs brand. Im new to wigs,have almost complete hair loss from the virus . The “Sally” was comfortable ,but darker than I wanted. Or perceived it to be. It fit well so I kept it to wear for church. I received many compliments on it no one suspected it was a wig. The other “Drew” was too punky for this old lady,but was even darker than the “Sally” I couldn’t return it cause it was on clearance. The Sally is very comfortable ,smooth feeling , unlike the first wig I bought from BelleTress that was very itch and bigger on my 21” head circumference . I will keep buying and trying different brands ,wish there was a book to tell you which were comfortable for my major hair loss & not itchy . Also would like a book of swatches so can see actual colors as the pictures are not true to color."
