"Sadly, I will be returning this and those are what my 3 stars represent. I love this style and I would have exchanged it if I found a shade I liked. The main reason for my return is because I just don't look great in any grey-leaning, icy-leaning shades. Lilac Cloud is so pretty but it's just not right on me. This is an easy, chic slightly wavy asymmetrical chin-length bob & she is so lovely but because no darker/non-fashion shades are available, I sadly have to return her :-( But if you know this shade looks great on you then don't hesitate, get her now!"
