When Will My Order Ship?

At Wig Studio 1, our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most products ship directly from our manufacturers.

USA Orders | Processing times can vary from 2 - 3 business days for orders shipping within the Continental US. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, please allow 7 - 9 business days.

We offer free shipping on orders over $175 within the Continental US.

If you need your product swiftly, please select expedited shipping at checkout.

International Orders | Processing times can vary from 7 - 9 business days for all international orders. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

Pre-orders and backorders, including international orders, can be changed or canceled at any time until the manufacturer releases the order to their warehouse for shipping. Once an order has been released, it is already being processed and can no longer be canceled, even if you haven't received tracking yet. See our Order Changes & Cancellation Policy for details.
