Synthetic Hair Care

We Recommend Washing Your Alternative Hair Every 6-8 Wears

CLEANSE & CONDITION

  • Before washing your wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your Wide Tooth Comb
  • Wet hair completely using cool running water, allowing the water to flow in the direction of the fibers
  • Do not submerge or soak your wig or topper
  • Gently lather the hair with a small amount of shampoo specifically formulated for synthetic hair, making sure the hair is traveling in the same direction
  • DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling
  • Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until water runs clear
  • Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry
  • Spray fibers with a conditioning spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece
  • Please follow instructions for use depending on products used
  • Gently detangle hair using your Wide Tooth Comb

DRY & STYLE

  • Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand
  • DO NOT blow dry synthetic hair
  • For mid-length to long length styles, apply a detangling spray, (3-5 pumps) focusing on bottom half of wig or hairpiece.
  • Gently comb through using your Wide Tooth Comb
  • We recommend using your fingertips or wig comb for your desired style
  • Consider additional products to add texture and definition, using a small amount and applying using your fingertips
  • Do NOT use heat to style synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers)

TIPS

  • Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e., open oven, heater, etc.)
  • Excessive heat can damage the fiber
  • We recommend using a detangling spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle your piece after each wear

"Your service was great. However I had to return wig because by nape of neck little too small. Also too long for me and if I cut all waves I cut away. Can you show me similar but 2” shorter with waves? Color was perfect. And I might need the larger cap although only by neck was small . Perhaps if I open all ribbons it would be good. Please advise. "As a new wig wearer I love this color. I'm not sure blond girl but finding a color that does wash me out i feel it's been hard. Truffle is perfect it matches my hair dark with with highlights of white and reddish brown. Its a little longer then expected, I didn't have to mess with it to much out of the box. I can't wait to experiment with it more and make it my own!"

My favorite wig right now

"I cautiouslypurchased Rohan in truffle ribbon R because the color looked so light on screen but very dark on the models. I have very dark hair with platinum highlightsnaturally. This wig is identical to my bio hair. The cut and color are absolutely perfect. It is low density although it does have a lot of body. My only complaint and this is not about Rohan but most wigs I wear make my head itch after about an hour or two. I wish I could find a solution to that. Rohan is a beautiful wig and I would highly recommend it. I love the color ofTruffle Ribbon R. So many wigs have warm tones to them and this one is definitely not warm. Perfect for me."

Weightless!

"Weightless and lovely. I wore mine for the first time on a long afternoon, and found it remarkably comfortable. The cinnamon frost rooted color is a soft, but stunning mix. I thought the dark root across the front a little too even to look natural in a center part piece, but it wasn't too hard to soften by brushing aside, as I wear my hair that way anyway, Rohan pins up in a clip or comb nicely, too. I'm really delighted with the lightness and color."
