CLEANSING & CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.

Hold wig or topper under cool running water. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling

Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry

Gently detangle hair using a conditioning spray specifically formulated for synthetic hair on the ends and a wide tooth comb. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.
DRYING & STYLING YOUR WIG

Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.

To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.

Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.
TIPS

Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.

We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

"I believe I received the wrong item. I have returned the Voltage Elite I received from Wing Studio. I have been wearing the Voltage Elite wig R14/88H for a number of years. I had ordered it from a different vendor at the time. The item I received from Wig Studio bears no resemblance to my old wig - style and color are completely different. I have subsequently ordered from the original vendor and received the exact style and colo5 I have been wearing for 4 years. I object to being charged the $30.00 restocking fee as I was sent the wrong item. Check the item I have returned and compare it to the actual Voltage Elite R14/88H."

There’s nothing at all wrong with this beautiful RW style…… however, the shorter layers around the top are just not very flattering to me, apparently. I’m still in the learning process of what looks good on me and what doesn’t. I have a few already that I love and I think look good on me, but you know you can never have too many! ha ha"

"I’ve worn this for years, and loved it. first in Glazed Hazelnut, then in Glazed Auburn, I think, and finally in Silver Mist. I strayed for awhile, because the color seemed too light, but my husband really blikes this style, so I’m coming home again. Fits beautifully, impeccable hairline, super comfortable (even 16-hour days), no-fuss, and ever-ready."

"This is my 2nd Voltage Elite wig. I have transitioned to gray, and the silver mist is a beautiful color. There are two things that bother me: for some reason, the elite wigs run smaller than the basic cap; they are not as ""flippy"" as the basic cap or the photo shown. I know that it will stretch as time goes on. It is a great every day wig for me. I get compliments all the time about my hair!"
