Jon Renau Synthetic Hair Care
WE RECOMMEND WASHING YOUR ALTERNATIVE HAIR EVERY 8-10 WEARS
CLEANSE & CONDITION
- Before washing your wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your Wide Tooth Comb
- Wet hair completely using cool running water
- Gently lather the hair with a small amount of Jon Renau Fiber Love Wig Shampoo, making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling
- Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until water runs clear
- Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat dry
- Spray with Jon Renau Fiber Love Conditioning Spray (3-5 pumps) keeping away from base of wig or hairpiece. Do not rinse out conditioner
- Gently detangle hair using your Wide Tooth Comb
DRY & STYLE
- Allow wig or hairpiece to air dry naturally by placing on a plastic or wire wig stand. DO NOT blow dry
- For mid-length to long length styles, apply HD Smooth Detangling Spray, (3-5 pumps) focusing on bottom half of wig or hairpiece. Gently comb through using your Wide Tooth Comb
- We recommend using your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style
- Do NOT use heat to style traditional synthetic fiber (curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers). The only wigs or toppers that can be styled with heat must be designed with specific heat friendly synthetic fibers or with human hair.
TIPS
- Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the fiber
- We recommend using HD Smooth Detangling Spray with a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with a mid-length to long length wig or hairpiece

"I was a little hesitant to try Cameron because she has been around for a long time, and many photos show her as very rounded and turned under at the bottom. But, I was in the market for a hand tied, synthetic wig and Cameron fit the bill. I was surprised that it seems slightly layered, but surprised in a good way. No permatease, so a very natural look. It seems to me that companies are going more towards heat friendly, so I am going to put a plug out there to please continue with traditional synthetic options. The color on me is Shaded Peach, my JR color. Also, WS1 return option is fantastic!"

"I have Cameron in two different colors in 12 FS8 shaded praline and 24BT 18 S8 shaded mocha. it’s one of my favorites. The fit is very comfortable, and the density is perfect without all the permitees. It is not heat friendly which I like so it is regular synthetic. Very easy to style."

For me the density is perfect, and once I got the hair to go up and over instead of stuck to my forehead she became a regular go-to for me. She washes and resets beautifully and the color is gorgeous. My only ask for future versions would be to have the more highlights come all the way to the hairline in the front for when I pin it back (the root can look a little harsh otherwise)."
