We recommend washing your wig every 8-10 wears.
CLEANSING & CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.

Hold wig or topper under cool running water, allowing the water to run in the direction of the fibers. You may also fill a basin of luke-warm water for washing. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of Rene of Paris Shampoo or another shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling.
- Add Rene of Paris Conditioner or another conditioner that is specifically formulated for synthetic hair to the ends of the fibers. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.

Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear.

Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry.
DRYING & STYLING YOUR WIG

Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.

To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.

Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper, unless it specifically states that the fibers are heat friendly synthetic or human hair.
- Consider using Revive by Rene of Paris to remove frizz and refresh curls.
TIPS

Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.

We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

First, I bought this wig
"First, I bought this wig in Ice Blond. I think it's my favorite color of all my wigs. It has a beautiful lighter tone at the tips. I ended up buying a second Kai in that color because I want to wear it a lot. The style is like the one I wore with my bio hair, but super straight (and won't need the flattening my own hair did). Out of the box, it does hang a bit in my face, but I like that straight style and I can easily put a little curve in it at the part so it stays out of my face. That' s no problem. The hair texture is soft, smooth, and lovely. I think it looks very natural. The wig is fairly low density with no permatease that I could tell. I will try to take and add a photo. My wig was delivered on time and in perfect condition, brand new, with a wig grip. LOVE IT! Would buy from WigStudio1 again in a heartbeat. Bottom line, this is one of my most favorite wigs."

Not perfect, but I still like it a lot
"I love my Estetica Jamison, but I wanted something with a little less density for warmer weather. I have an Alva in Melted Marshmallow that I really like, so I through I'd try Kai in the same color. While it's not perfect, I'm still happy with what I received. I like the cool, trendy cut and the lack of permatease on top. I may have to train it a bit, but It doesn't flop too much in my face like I thought it might. Melted Marshmallow looks really good in this style, and the wig fits my 21. 75-inch head well with the adjusters pulled out all the way. What I wish they would improve on is the tightness of the part (I'll probably have to pluck a little to make it look more realistic) and the scratchiness of the lace (it's not as scratchy as other RoP wigs I've tried, but it's not quite as comfortable as Estetica). With current temperatures in the 90's, it's still too warm to wear this all day, but I'm very much looking forward to wearing it a lot more when the temperatures fall to something a little more reasonable, LOL! Thanks, too, to WigStudio1 for your excellent chat service, so I could easily find out if this was in stock at the manufacturer's site before placing my order. You rock!"
