"Zara has absolutely beautiful fibers, and the length/color is giving me life! She does tangle easily, but it’s nothing a finger-combing can’t handle. The cap is so comfortable and breathable, just in time for the humidity! This is my second JR wig, and unfortunately the lace front on both has frayed after only one wear. I assumed it was due to the snugness on my first one (haute) but it happened again, and with Zara, and with the way this cap fits, I forget I’m wearing a wig after about 5 minutes. It’s disheartening for sure, but I purchased a fray-blocker and now I’m just crossing my fingers that does the trick and I haven’t wasted my money. That said, I can not say enough positive things about the customer service at wigstudio1, Abbigail in particular. Anyone who wears a wig because they are experiencing hairloss understands how nerve wracking the process of trying to find yourself, and your confidence, can be. My order hit a few hiccups, and I was anxious and sad and really kinda felt like I was destined to be a bald troll forever. Through our emails, Abbigail was so helpful and compassionate and very quick to respond to me. She’s an invaluable part of the Wigstudio1 team, and I hope she knows how much she’s appreciated from frantic (and somewhat hopeless) people like me. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP ABBIGAIL ♥️"
