2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid United States shipping address where the prize can be delivered.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor or Administrator are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 8:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form by providing the requested email address and phone number.

There is no cost to enter. Making a purchase from Ellen Wille, Wig Studio 1, or any other retailer will not provide an additional entry or increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) eligible Ellen Wille synthetic wig of the winner's choice, subject to product, style, and color availability.

Standard shipping to a valid United States shipping address is included at no cost to the winner. The winner will not be required to make a purchase or pay shipping, handling, or delivery fees to receive the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

If the winner's selected wig is unavailable, Sponsor and/or Administrator may allow the winner to select another eligible Ellen Wille synthetic wig, subject to availability and the maximum prize value.

6. Eligible Wig Selection

The winner may select one eligible Ellen Wille synthetic wig offered through Wig Studio 1, subject to availability and these Official Rules.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the prize does not include human hair wigs, human hair/synthetic blends, toppers, hairpieces, accessories, care products, open-box merchandise, or other products outside the eligible Ellen Wille synthetic wig selection.

Specific styles and colors are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The random drawing will take place on or about Friday, September 11, 2026.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted on or about September 11, 2026 using the email address and/or phone number provided on the official entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification and may be required to verify eligibility, identity, and provide a valid United States shipping address before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Taxes

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Any taxes for which the winner is responsible must be paid directly to the appropriate government entity. Sponsor or Administrator will provide any tax documentation required by applicable law.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner's name, city, and state for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the Promotion without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and decisions made regarding the administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods to enter, submits false information, interferes with the fair administration of the Promotion, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or Administrator prevent the Promotion from being conducted as intended, the Promotion may be modified, suspended, or canceled to the extent permitted by applicable law. If appropriate, a winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the affected time.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and contact the potential winner and will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy policies.

Providing an email address and phone number for purposes of entering the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional email or SMS/text marketing communications.

Any consent to receive marketing communications should be obtained separately in accordance with applicable law. Entrants are not required to consent to marketing emails or text messages as a condition of entering or winning.

14. Winner List

To request the name of the winner after the Promotion has concluded, send a written request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Winner-list requests must be received by October 31, 2026.

15. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
